Dancehall, amapiano & afrobeat mix
Dancehall is a music and dance style originating in Jamaica, but like amapiano and afrobeat, its roots are in African dance. Dancehall is relaxed, but at the same time physical and the movements are strong. The dance is also strongly influenced by reggae and afro. Dancehall is characterized by specific movements or a small choreography made to specific music. The classes practice a lot of technique and attitude. The classes combine all three dance styles. |

Ladies Style
The main focus of the class is on the use of hands and body, and you will learn how to spice up your own dance to be more feminine. The class will practice the fluidity of the dance, and seek elegant softness in the movements, but also a stronger emphasis on your own dance and body movement. The class will include short salsa choreographies. |

Parisalsa
The classes will focus on step patterns, lead technique, rhythm, and the purpose of the music. The classes will also include solo steps that are needed in Cuban couple salsa in the middle of the patterns.
We constantly change partners in the classes, so you can come to the class even if you don't have your own partner. This helps everyone learn to lead and also follow different leaders. |
